Hereafter all the terms like, "we", "us", "our" shall be used to mean Sisodia Illustrations, and all "You", "Your", and "Yours" shall be deemed to mean the user.

• All the designs are our property and by agreeing to engage with our services, you give us the right to use your photos in forms of digital art to reuse, promote, or broadcast as we seem fit.

• We shall however maintain your privacy and if you have any queries, you can contact us.

• All payment disputes shall be referred to an amicable resolution, but in case it is not cleared, all legal jurisdiction shall be limited to Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

• All payments shall be made to us before we start working on the project.

• There shall be no dispute regarding our store policies, which are final and binding and by engaging to our services, you agree to them.

• We reserve the right to reject any order at will, where there was non-payment. In-case of payment, we may still reject the order by returning the full amount.

• You engage in our services due to our skills and in-case you are dissatisfied with the final results, you can ask for a 50% return of the payment.

• There shall not be unreasonable requests of changes to a project after a project is made, such requests will not be entertained. Unreasonable may be defined as asking to redo the whole thing, adding a lot more content than agreed upon, asking to make another thing in the place of the original, etc.

• By using and interacting with our services, you hereby agree to all our terms and policies.
